Reservations and Payment: 

Equipment is reserved upon receipt of a signed rental contract and a 50% deposit. The full balance of your order is due prior to delivery. Cancellations or reductions within 72 hours prior to delivery may incur a restocking fee

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Checks are accepted; however, in some cases a credit card on file will be required. Commercial accounts are available subject to credit approval. Ask one of our sales consultants for more information.

After Hours Service:
After hours delivery and pickup is available.  Please contact one of our sales consultants for pricing.

Specified Delivery and Pick Up Times:
Need delivery or pick up at a specific time? We’ll guarantee service within a one-hour window.  Please contact one of our sales consultants for pricing.

Will Call:
Convenient store location pickup and drop-off is available on most products. Please feel free to call ahead to schedule specific pickup or drop-off times. Or, simply visit our showroom and one of our sales consultants will be happy to assist you.

Setup and Takedown: 

Setup and takedown service is available with arrangements made prior to delivery or pickup.

Table Setup: $ 1.00 per table
Table Takedown: $ 0.50 per table
Chair Setup: $ 0.50 per chair
Chair Takedown: $ 0.25 per chair
Chiavari Chair Setup: $ 1.25 per chair
Chiavari Chair Takedown: $ 0.75 per chair

Damage Waiver:
A 10% damage waiver is added to all rental contracts and covers accidental damage from normal usage. The damage waiver does not cover shortage, loss of items or damage due to improper or abusive use of items.

Rates and Long-Term Rentals: 

Our rental rates are based on a 24-hour period. Weekends are considered a one-day rental. Long-term rental rates are available.  Please contact one of our rental associates for pricing.

Responsibility:
Responsibility for equipment remains with the client from the time of delivery until the time of pickup.  Please be sure all equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather.  Additional charges will apply for lost or damaged equipment.
